Ben Zakai 6

TAMA 38 project at Ben Zakai Street 6, under the management of Manos Group, is under construction. So far, all the reinforcement and skeletal work has been completed according to Standard 413 and stone cladding and interior works have begun.

The unique TAMA 38 project on 6 Ben Zakai St., is set at the heart of an old residential area in Jerusalem, in the neighborhood of Old Katamon. The TAMA 38 city plan project will provide the building with a completely modern outlook, a few additional floors as well as a replacement of the sewage and water infrastructures. The building residents will benefit from reinforcement of the foundations against earthquakes as well as other improvements, such as can be seen in the simulation.
