Bar Yohai 18

In the Katamon neighborhood, in 18 Bar Yohai Street, an upgrade is underway. It will include expansion of the building’s housing space, as part of the realization of the TAMA 38. The project is a complicated one, in all of its aspect, requiring high skills in managing its execution. Manos Group has accepted the challenge. With a tight cooperation from the residents and the officials in the planning department in Jerusalem’s city hall, Manos Group will soon begin the project’s planning procedures, at the end of which a modern building will stand to serve the wellbeing of its seventy residents.

TAMA 38 project at a central location in Jerusalem, next to the Arena, the International Sport Center, a short distance from Malcha Mall, and adjacent to the new Hameslia Park, Teddy Stadium, the Technology Parc, and Gilo Neighborhood. The project is part of the renovation of the entire quarter.
