A construction licensing procedure is a complex process that requires professional skills, experience and great professionalism. It requires familiarity with the wide range of qualified entities in the local authority and planning committees. This procedure forms a strategic part of NMP 38 projects, recognized engineering projects, which milestones are implemented by architects, engineers and various professional advisors.
