Project Description
The project in 5 Yam Suf St. is located at the heart of the Ramat Eshkol residential area, which is considered to be one of the most expensive areas in Jerusalem. This “Tama 38″ city plan project will include replacement of the water and sewage infrastructures and an addition of two new floors to the building. The residents will benefit from an additional secure-area space, two new balconies for each apartment, foundations reinforced against earthquakes and additional improvements, such as can be seen in the simulation and in the blueprints.
