PL type lighting will be used.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">b.3.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Elevators<br \/>\n<\/strong>b.3.1. \u00a0A standard elevator that can contain 4-6 passengers, with stainless covering.<br \/>\nb.3.2. \u00a0An elevator control mechanism with a Shabbat module.<br \/>\nb.3.3. \u00a0A photo-electric eye for the safety of the passengers.<br \/>\nb.3.4. \u00a0Round stainless handrail.<br \/>\nb.3.5. \u00a0Firefighter&#8217;s Key.<br \/>\nb.3.6. \u00a0Ceramic tiling, according to the architect&#8217;s choice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">b.4.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Parking<br \/>\n<\/strong>b.4.1. \u00a0Above-ground parking lot to be planned by the traffic counselor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-parallax-none\" style=\"border-color:#eae9e9;border-bottom-width: 0px;border-top-width: 0px;border-bottom-style: solid;border-top-style: solid;padding-bottom:20px;padding-left:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-top:20px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-title title\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\">The Expansion of Apartments<\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><p class=\"text\"><strong>c.1.\u00a0\u00a0 The Skeleton Frame<br \/>\n<\/strong>c.1.1. \u00a0 All of the concrete for the various castings will be from an approved factory and the contractor<br \/>\nwill not cast a thing from concrete made at the site.<br \/>\nc.1.2. \u00a0Casting the foundation, walls, floors, pillars and ceilings will be conducted with a pump only.<br \/>\nc.1.3. \u00a0Casting the walls will be done with new plywood.<br \/>\nc.1.4. \u00a0The contractor will smooth over all the ceilings \\ floors after the casting, to the supervisor\u2019s<br \/>\nsatisfaction.<br \/>\nc.1.5. \u00a0All the iron needed for the construction will come from a certified warehouse, according to the<br \/>\nstandards.<br \/>\nc.1.6. \u00a0Casting all the pillars in each of the floors will be done a floor at a time.<br \/>\nc.1.7. \u00a0Before each casting of concrete, the contractor will receive the proper permits, as follows: a<br \/>\npermit from the grounds counselor, a permit from the engineer for the casting of ceilings and<br \/>\nfloors and a permit from the supervisor in all other castings, including pillars and concrete<br \/>\nbindings.<br \/>\nc.1.8. \u00a0The contractor will provide all of the accessories for the protected space, produced by Rav<br \/>\nBariach and\\or Palrad, including the protected space\u2019s doors, windows, ventilation ducts \u2013 all<br \/>\naccording to the plans and standards that were approved by Home Front Command.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>c.2.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Sealing and Isolation<br \/>\n<\/strong>c.2.1. \u00a0When the stone surfacing is planned to be set by hooks (dry method), the wall must be sealed<br \/>\nwith a pasty, bituminous substance polymerized, used when cold, such as Mastigum spray or<br \/>\nthe equivalent.<br \/>\nc.2.2. \u00a0Isolation by spraying foam polyurethane in two layers over the sealing layer.<br \/>\nc.2.3. \u00a0Parking sealing \u2013 see 6.3.4.<br \/>\nc.2.4. \u00a0Sealing the (new) roof: bituminous sheets, 5 millimeters, according to standard No. 1430\/3.<br \/>\nc.2.5. \u00a0Sealing and isolating all the spread seams in the building walls will be according to the<br \/>\nengineer\u2019s demands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>c.3.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Finishing touches for the area outside the building<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>c.3.1. \u00a0The renewal of the shared house front, including all the external walls as per the architectural<br \/>\nprogram. The work will include dealing with damaged concrete and the removal of loose parts,<br \/>\nin case any exist. The fronts of the expansion will be covered with natural stone, according to<br \/>\nthe architect\u2019s choice, and it will be refined according to the stone type.<br \/>\nc.3.2. \u00a0All windowsills will be made from finely chiseled stone.<br \/>\nc.3.3. \u00a0Additional stone items will be as specified according the detailed stones plan, provided by the<br \/>\narchitect.<br \/>\nc.3.4. \u00a0Covering the gaps in the stones shall be done according to architectural specification.<br \/>\nc.3.5. \u00a0Electricity: cables and boxes for light spots will be located in the center of the ceiling of each of<br \/>\nthe spaces, including the balconies, according to the lighting and electricity plan.<br \/>\nc.3.6. \u00a0The fronts of the gable will be covered by a matching type of stone, according to architectural<br \/>\nplan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>c.4.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Infrastructure<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>c.4.1. \u00a0Electricity: cables and boxes for light spots will be located in the center of the ceiling of each of \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the spaces, including the balconies, according to the lighting and electricity plan.<br \/>\nc.4.2. \u00a0Renewing the main lighting and electricity systems in the buildings will be done completely<br \/>\nunder the instructions of the electricity counselor and the better judgment of the architect and<br \/>\nthe electricity counselor, as he or she is needed.<br \/>\nc.4.3. \u00a0Water: replacing all of the shared plumbing from the city line to that of the building will be done \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0completely under the instruction of the plumbing counselor.<br \/>\nc.4.4. \u00a0Sewage: replacing \/ renovating the entire shared system, from the building until the connection \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0to the city line \u2013 all according to the guidance of the plumbing counselor and the judgment of<br \/>\nthe architect alone.<br \/>\nc.4.5. \u00a0Hot water: installing \/ replacing solar receptors for water heating and an electric boiler with the<br \/>\nvolume of 150 liters on the new roof, if need arises.<br \/>\nc.4.6. \u00a0Replacing a garbage facility according to Jerusalem city hall.<br \/>\nc.4.7. \u00a0Installing \/ replacing a central gas unit for the use of the existing apartments is only through the<br \/>\napproval of the counselors and the gas company.<br \/>\nc.4.8. \u00a0Installing a new rain drainage system for the building front.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\"><strong>c.5.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Finishing touches on the inside<br \/>\n<\/strong>c.5.1. \u00a0Color: a white color will be applied to the new walls, according to a specification of Tambour or<br \/>\nan equivalent.<br \/>\nc.5.2. \u00a0Windows: Klil&#8217;s model number 4500, made from aluminum (painted) with 4 millimeters of<br \/>\nisolation glass.<br \/>\nc.5.3. \u00a0The door leading to the new balcony will be an aluminum Klil 7500 model (180\/240) or<br \/>\nequivalent, according to the architect&#8217;s choice.<br \/>\nc.5.4. \u00a0Tiling: completing the Terrazzo tiling or Negev Ceramics granite porcelain no. 33 or equivalent.<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s also the option of acquittal, when buying different tiles in the sizes of 45&#215;45 and 50&#215;50<br \/>\nof the same company.<br \/>\nc.5.5. \u00a0Proper drainage will be installed for the balconies.
